Summer is here! and so are new yummies!
Good Day All!
Hope you are enjoying your summer! I’ve been spending time in the garden, got a little banged up, but still kicking! I have so many tomatoes coming – get ready for an amazing tomato pie to be offered when they all the big juicy ones start to ripen.
In the meantime, don’t forget to order focaccia bread – a simple rosemary, with or without parmesan or pecorino, and now I have enough cherry tomatoes to start roasting for roasted tomato focaccia. Have you tried my rolls yet – YUM – I like simple rosemary for sandwiches, but my daughter loves warm sandwiches on the pepperoni/mozzarella ones!
For muffins, try a mixed berry, or peach/berry, and even simple but delicious chocolate chip muffins and I have lemon coconut, peach, orange, and a chocolaty chocolate chip!!!
And, there are so many scones now, I can’t list them all (but I think my website has most) but for a starter, from berries, to peach, to dried date scones, to cinnamon maple with Pecans (my latest favorite), white chocolate with tart cherries. I make large and small with the large having 4 scone minimum and small scones, an 8-scone minimum unless you see me noting on FB I have extra! OR, now we are in squash season, how about a simple zucchini bread (if you order a whole loaf, 20% off). How about banana muffins with chocolate chips (my son Ben’s favorite)
I am making summer pies – strawberry pie – have lots of strawberries, ready to go, as well as blueberries for pies or scones or muffins! Also, if you need a simple Bundt cake with a brown sugar glaze, or pineapple upside down cake, I have them along with Maddie’s Apple cake! Hope you will be ordering soon – taking orders by Tuesday, for Wednesday and Thursday baking!
